Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Gurugram. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. Duties include customer relationship management, identifying new business opportunities, and collaborating with other departments to ensure the delivery of timely and effective solutions. The Sales Manager will also be expected to provide regular reports and forecasts to senior management.

Experience in sales management, business development, and customer relationship management Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office Suite Data analysis and strategic planning capabilities Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and achieve targets Experience in the real estate industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
