Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced  Service Manager  to lead after-sales support and maintenance for  pharmaceutical packaging machines . This role ensures smooth operation, technical troubleshooting, and high-quality service for clients in the pharmaceutical industry. The ideal candidate will have expertise in  packaging machinery maintenance, technical problem-solving, and customer relationship management .

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Support & Troubleshooting :  Diagnose, resolve, and prevent technical issues in pharmaceutical packaging machines.
• Installation & Commissioning :  Oversee machine setup and ensure proper functionality for new equipment.
• Maintenance & Repair Management :  Develop preventative maintenance plans, supervise repair processes, and ensure minimal downtime.
• Customer Support & Relationship Management :  Serve as the primary contact for clients regarding service-related inquiries, ensuring satisfaction.
• Team Leadership & Training :  Manage a team of technicians, provide technical training, and maintain high service standards.
• Spare Parts & Inventory Management :  Oversee spare parts availability and stock management to ensure quick resolution of equipment issues.
• Compliance & Safety :  Ensure machines comply with  pharmaceutical industry regulations  and safety protocols.
• Collaboration with Sales & Engineering Teams :  Work closely with sales and engineering departments to provide feedback on equipment performance and client needs.
