Field Technician

Iskraemeco by Kaynes Technology is looking for only local Field Support Engineers for 5 locations at Kerala.

Total Years of Experience - 1-2 relevant experience.

Job Location : Kochi, Trivandrum, Kannaur, Kottayam and Angamaly

Educational Qualification - Diploma (Electrical)

Only Local candidates with 2 wheeler (mandatory) are requested to apply for this role.

Job Description :

• Collaborate with relevant utility staff to support them in Meter installation activities.
• Coordinate with Division Engineers (DE) and Junior Engineers (JE) for meter replacement or meter install areas a day in advance.
• Training of lineman and meter installer about WFM (Workforce Management) mobile application.
• Monitor meter installations in the field, ensuring safety and quality standards are met.
• Record all parameters of old and new meters on document format available.
• Support Collecting manual readings of Non & Never communicating cases and troubleshoot issues with the backend team.
• Address and resolve consumer refusals.
• Promote and uphold ethical values among team members at the ground level.
