Job description5+ years of experience in staffing, with at least 2-3 years in the current / last organization . Minimum 1 year as TA Lead / Manager or Recruitment Account Manager . Recent experience in India staffing Proven client management experience (must be mentioned in the resume). Staffing / recruitment agency background is mandatory. Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment for India staffing projects.
- Build and manage strong client relationships to ensure delivery excellence.
- Lead and mentor recruiters to meet hiring goals.
- Develop sourcing strategies aligned with client needs.
- Manage offer negotiations and onboarding processes.
