About the Role : We’re on the hunt for a passionate Sales Consultant in Delphi. Who can turn opportunities into success stories! This role involves managing and optimizing Microsoft programs driving impactful client engagements , craft winning business strategies, create standout proposals , and ensure smooth collaboration between our sales and delivery teams—all while making a real impact on our growth journey. What You’ll Do :

  • Microsoft Program Management : Manage and optimize Microsoft programs, portals, and technologies within the client portfolio.
  • Business Development : Develop and execute business development plans in collaboration with the sales team. Identify, research, and establish relationships with potential clients.
  • Client Engagement & Proposals : Meet with clients to understand their needs and propose tailored solutions. Create and deliver impactful presentations and proposals that highlight value and benefits.
  • Data-Driven Strategy : Analyze customer and competitor data to inform strategic decisions. Provide management with detailed reports, forecasts, and KPIs.
  • Implementation Support : Coordinate with implementation teams for smooth sales-to-delivery transitions. Ensure all requirements are documented and aligned with client needs.
  • Process Improvement : Design and implement policies and workflows to support business objectives.
  • Proactive Leadership : Foster teamwork, maintain client and internal relationships, and demonstrate proactive problem-solving. Stay dynamic, avoid procrastination, and think beyond assigned tasks to drive success.
