We’re Hiring : YouTube Video Editor (Long-Form, Finance Focused)

Location : Remote

Experience : 5+ Years

Start : Immediate

Hi, I'm Anushka Rathod – a finance content creator on a mission to simplify money for millions through storytelling, real-life case studies, and sharp analysis.

We're now expanding the team and looking for a highly experienced, creative, and reliable video editor who can help take our YouTube long-form content to the next level.

What You’ll Do :

Edit 10–15 min long videos for YouTube focused on finance, economics, and current affairs
Turn raw footage into highly engaging content using motion graphics, stock footage, cutaways, and B-rolls
Work closely with the creative team on script pacing, storytelling flow , and visual transitions
Enhance viewer retention using text highlights, sound design, music, pacing, and screen effects
Stay up to date with the latest YouTube editing trends, thumbnails, hooks, and retention techniques

Requirements :

5+ years of experience editing long-form YouTube videos (portfolio required)

Strong command of Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or Final Cut Pro

Prior experience editing finance, educational, or news-style videos

Eye for detail, story structure, and narrative flow

Able to manage deadlines independently and deliver polished edits consistently

Bonus if you’ve worked with creators or channels in education or infotainment
