Salary Range : 20- 22 K + Incentives.
Job Overview :
We are looking for an experienced Tele sales Agent with a background in selling health products . The ideal candidate should have prior experience in telecalling, lead conversion, and handling customer queries related to health and wellness products.
Key Responsibilities :
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and educate them about health products.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products based on their requirements.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective pitching and relationship building.
- Address customer concerns and provide accurate product information.
- Follow up with leads and ensure a smooth sales process.
- Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
Requirements :
Minimum 1 year of tele sales experience in health products (nutraceuticals, supplements, medical devices, etc.).Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record of achieving targets.Excellent communication skills in [Specify Languages Required].Ability to handle customer objections and convert leads into sales.Familiarity with CRM software and telecalling processes.Benefits :
