Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Chef De Partie at Jalakara. The Chef De Partie will be responsible for overseeing a specific section of the kitchen, preparing high-quality dishes, training junior staff, and ensuring compliance with food safety standards.

Qualifications

  • Experience in preparing and cooking a variety of cuisines
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and procedures
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Attention to detail and creativity in culinary arts
  • Certification from a culinary school or equivalent experience
  • Experience working in a boutique hotel or high-end restaurant is a plus
