Key Responsibilities :

  • Strategic Recruitment Planning : Develop and implement effective bulk hiring strategies to meet the organization's staffing needs.
  • End-to-End Recruitment Management : Oversee the entire recruitment process, from job posting and candidate sourcing to interviewing and onboarding.
  • Collaboration with Stakeholders : Work closely with department heads to understand specific hiring requirements and align recruitment strategies accordingly.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making : Analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of hiring strategies and make informed recommendations.
  • Enhancing Candidate Experience : Ensure a positive experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Qualifications :

  • Educational Background : Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Professional Experience : Minimum of 3 years in talent acquisition, with a focus on bulk hiring and campus recruitment.
  • Skill Set : Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
