Job description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. You will be responsible for completing multi-level tasks in a professional and timely manner.

Responsibilities

  • Scheduling client meetings
  • Carrying out table research on given subjects
  • Preparing presentations
  • Coordinating office requirements including internet services, computers, printers, stationary, office pantry etc.
  • Ensuring office presentability, cleanliness at all times.
  • Maintaining office attendance
  • And any other work that management decides from time to time.

Qualifications and Skills Required

  • Post Graduate in any faculty
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills - English and hindi
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) with good knowledge of Chat GPT
  • Excellent Common Sense
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
