SMS Onboarding Specialist

About the Role :

As an Onboarding specialist, you will be responsible for smooth onboarding of new customers to CleverTap via successful implementation of the CleverTap Platform for the Customer's Business Use Cases.

What you will do :

• Collaborate with clients to tailor solutions for SMS and WhatsApp campaigns.
• Optimize SMS and WhatsApp workflows for seamless integration with CleverTap.
• Resolve technical issues and educate clients on best practices for SMS and WhatsApp marketing.
• Monitor campaign performance, generate insights, and recommend improvements.
• Ensure timely delivery of campaigns and troubleshoot any issues that may arise during the process.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience and maximize engagement.
• Drive continuous improvements by identifying opportunities for automation and process optimization.
• Stay updated with the latest trends, features, and regulations in SMS and WhatsApp marketing.
