About the role

In this role, you will work with Banks & FIs in developing countries and craft Innovative unsecured Lending programs. You must possess a blend of business and technical skills, have a big-picture vision, and the drive to make that vision a reality with extreme attention to detail. This role requires working with internal cross-functional teams and Clients to build Lending Solutions and take them to Commercial Launch.

This role is a highly strategic and cross-functional role, focusing on getting Banks / FIs onboard to adopt our lending solutions in developing markets and build lending solutions targeting the Underbanked population.

What are the foundational pillars around which the job will revolve?

Be a technical subject matter expert :

You will be a techno-functional expert on Unsecured Lending business and technology. This includes understanding the platform architecture, features and functions, Lending products, and levers for driving lending business.

Product Messaging :

Identify lending opportunities in Markets. Develop and own product positioning, segmentation, messaging, and value propositions that differentiate Yabx in the market

Product Roadmap :

Work closely with Product Managers to identify needs and sharpen product offerings based on feedback from customers, sales, and competitive offerings in multiple markets

Market & Competitive Intelligence – Continuously monitor the market and assess the competition to gain a deep understanding of technology shifts and market needs.

Collateral Generation – Develop, publish, and share technical content including white papers, blog posts, demos, videos, webinars, training, and tutorials

Customer Engagement - Keep current on customer’s product feedback and needs, challenges, and motivations to help develop additional messages / collateral

Presales & Solution Consultant :

  • Be a functional consultant for Digital Lending Solutions
  • Proactively brainstorm or conduct innovation workshops with customers and prospects
  • Engaging with customers before the release of RFP for influencing technical specifications. Take end-to-end ownership from solution stitching, demo, and technical bid defense and create winning proposals
  • Respond to RFPs
  • Conducting demos of innovative / disruptive solutions to customers
  • Work with customers to scope and create best-in-class Digital Lending solutions.
  • Drive to live along with the Delivery team as per plan and manage customer success
