Our products are sold in over 18,000 stores worldwide, including popular chains like Forever 21 and H&M. We seek a highly skilled and experienced merchandising manager to join our team and help us continue growing our business.

Responsibilities :

  • Develop and execute merchandise strategies that align with the company's overall goals and objectives
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities to increase revenue and profit margins
  • Work closely with the sales team to develop and implement promotions and pricing strategies
  • Collaborate with the product development team to ensure the product assortment is relevant and meets customer demands
  • Manage inventory levels to optimize sales while minimizing inventory holding costs
  • Monitor and track competition to stay up-to-date on market trends and adjust strategies as necessary
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and vendors to ensure a steady flow of products and sales
  • Manage a team of merchandisers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth

Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in merchandising, marketing, business, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in merchandising, preferably in the retail industry
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in managing and developing a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools
  • Knowledge of retail industry trends and best practices
