Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field2+ years of experience in AI / ML research and development

• Strong understanding of deep learning, computer vision, or natural language processing
• Strong programming proficiency in Python and familiarity with AI / ML frameworks such asTensorFlow or PyTorch
• Solid knowledge about Generative AI (LLM, SLM, …)
• Familiar with performance testing with open source SLMs (. Phi-3)
• Knowledge about applying generative AI techniques and fine-tuning meth ods to improve model performance
• Familiar with implementing RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architecture for sophisticated AI ate profils JC-9 Software development in India (Ramp up 2024)3
• Familiarity with multimodal models, foundat ion models, and fine-tuning techniques
• Knowledge of transformer architectures
• Good communication skills and ability to collabora te with cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with cloud computing platforms
