What You'll Do :

Product Positioning & Messaging :

  • Develop clear, compelling product messaging that highlights Pibit.ai's value proposition.
  • Create sales collateral, one-pagers, and presentations to support GTM teams.
  • Work closely with the product team to translate technical capabilities into customer benefits.

Demand & Lead Generation :

  • Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns (email, paid media, content syndication, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Identify new channels and tactics to increase brand awareness and lead flow.
  • Develop targeted email sequences and nurture campaigns to engage prospects.
  • Funnel Optimization & Lead Scoring :

  • Own and optimize the entire marketing funnel from awareness to conversion.
  • Implement lead scoring frameworks to qualify and prioritize leads for sales teams.
  • Track key funnel metrics and improve lead-to-opportunity conversion rates.
  • Run A / B tests, optimize landing pages, CTAs, and other digital assets to enhance engagement.
  • Use data and analytics to refine strategies for each stage of the funnel.
  • Content Marketing & Sales Enablement :

  • Write high-quality content, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, and website copy.
  • Develop engaging product-focused content that educates and converts prospects.
  • Build and maintain a library of marketing resources that drive pipeline growth.
  • Work closely with sales to create content that supports lead conversion.
  • Industry & Competitive Research :

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to refine messaging.
  • Gather feedback from customer conversations and incorporate insights into marketing materials.
  • Secure analyst relations and PR opportunities (Gartner, G2, industry reports).
  • What You Need :

  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing, content marketing, and demand generation (US market experience required).
  • Strong background in funnel optimization, lead scoring, and sales enablement.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot or similar).
  • Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills.
  • Experience working in B2B SaaS or Insurtech is a plus.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decisions.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Bonus Points :

  • Prior experience sitting in on client calls to gain market insights.
  • Hands-on experience managing analyst relations and securing industry recognition.
  • US event experience is a plus but not required for this role.
