Job description

Objective : To manage and exceed guest expectations during their stay at AirBnB properties, ensuring a seamless experience that leads to a five-star rating and excellent organic feedback.Key Responsibilities : Pre-Check-In Phase :

  • Communicate with guests to understand the objective of their trip and set expectations for the stay.
  • Collect necessary guest identification and complete verification processes.
  • Provide suggestions for cab or scooter rentals based on guest needs.
  • Address early / late check-in requests and coordinate approvals.
  • Confirm that the property is guest-ready by coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance teams.
  • Share all relevant information with guests via WhatsApp, including :
  • Location pin
  • WiFi password
  • House rules and instructionsCheck-In Phase :
  • Personally greet guests upon arrival to create a welcoming experience.
  • Assist guests with parking and property entry.
  • Conduct a property walkthrough to familiarize guests with all amenities and features.
  • Provide tailored recommendations for dining, sightseeing, and activities based on guest preferences.
  • Help guests finalize or adjust their itinerary to ensure an enjoyable stay.Check-Out Phase :
  • Coordinate with cleaning staff to schedule housekeeping immediately after check-out.
  • Personally supervise housekeeping to ensure the property is guest-ready.
  • Verify stock of cleaning supplies and ensure all necessary items (bedding, linen, toiletries) are replenished.
  • Ensure the property is reset for the next guest, including :
  • Changing lock codes (if applicable).
  • Restocking food or beverages provided as part of the stay.
  • Handle forgotten items by contacting the previous guest and arranging for return.
  • Inspect the property for any breakages or missing items, and communicate with the guest to resolve issues.Skills and Qualifications :
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Customer-centric mindset with the ability to anticipate guest needs.
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Familiarity with local attractions, dining options, and transportation services.
  • Basic proficiency with WhatsApp, Excel, and Word.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.What is Offered :
