Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an English & Spanish Speaker at our office in the Greater Delhi Area. The role involves addressing and resolving customer inquiries, translating documents and communications, providing bilingual support, assisting in customer service, and collaborating with team members across departments. The position requires working nights to ensure round-the-clock service for our global client base.
