Hiring for Route Executive – FMCG Sales (GT) at Kolkata, Salary upto
Job Purpose :
This position is responsible for achieving sales (Primary and Secondary), distribution, and merchandising targets for specific routes, through a team of Market Growth Representatives in a key market.
Key Responsibilities :
Achieve daily / weekly sales targets (Primary & Secondary)
Manage & support Market Growth Representatives (MGRs)
Expand distribution by opening new outlets
Build strong relationships with retailers & ensure repeat business
Drive in-store visibility, merchandising, and execution as per standards
Train and monitor MGRs to improve field performance
Track assets (coolers, POS materials) and ensure compliance
Monitor discounts, credit limits, and outlet-level claims

Qualifications : Graduation / MBA Experience : Minimum 4 years in Sales Continuous travel within the designated area 90% Travel in a month Male candidates preferred Age should be 45years or below.
