Job descriptionExpert in 3D BIM Software (Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks) Must, 4D / 5D BIM, Tekla & others software experience is preferable. BIM Modelling concepts & procedures. Experience of working on modelling, BIM coordination and managing of projects. Experience in modelling of steel structure and RCC structure projects. Knowledge of project set-up and sheet set-up. Having Good knowledge of Parametric family creation and Annotation family creation. Working experience in BIM360 / ACC. Clear understanding of industry standard.
Site BIM Coordinator cum BIM Modeler for CMPC & EDRC teams, positioned at project site.
Responsibilities
- Develop BIM Models and plans and understand the scope of work for Site Engineering.
- Develop detailed design drawings (Geometric modeling, Rebar Modeling) using Revit.
- Support Engineering documentation, BIM Modelling, and monitoring of BIM standards.
- Ensure Model / drawings accuracy based on BIM standards and BIM Workflow criteria.
- Generation of schematic animation for construction schemes developed.
- Doing design adjustments, options and scheme preparations and coordination with Central EDRC & CPMC Teams to support project execution.
- Knowledge of using shared Parameters and Project Parameters
- Setting up of Annotation Styles and Annotation family.
