Exxat is a US-headquartered company that builds an integrated, cloud-based, education management platform for Health Sciences. We are actively seeking a talented and experienced Customer Success Specialist to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities

  • Product specialist
  • Know-how about the Exxat application and providing the knowledge of using Exxat application to the fullest.
  • Knowledge of the disciplines served by Exxat.
  • Participate in UAT activities for product feedback

Onboarding specialist

  • As an Onboarding Specialist, educate new customers, help solve technical problems, and ensure smooth adoption of products and services of Exxat.
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new products or updates to existing products.
  • Document the onboarding steps for future reference.
  • Understand customer requirements, document it and coordinate with other on- onboarding teams and support teams and track it till completion
  • Provide regular updates to the customer success manager and Ops lead(s).
  • Conducts Webinar.
  • Create / Update SOPs, help centre documentation.
  • Requirements :

  • Minimum 5 years of overall work experience in Product Training, Customer service / support, sales.
  • Ability to understand user pain points and requirements and articulate solutions based on product capabilities.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience dealing with US client on a regular basis.
  • Must have experience in SOP creation / document writing.
  • Must have experience in conducting webinars.
  • Strong communication skills and English proficiency (email writing, listening, phone conversations and mannerism)
  • Customer-oriented and ability to adapt / respond efficiently and professionally to different types of stakeholders
  • Ability to deliver interactive training over virtual classroom platforms such as MS TEAMS / WebEx / GoToMeeting
  • Collaborate effectively with team members, technical teams and leadership.
  • Demonstrable ICT skills including current Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
