We are looking for a skilled 3. NICE CXOne Consultant to join our team. If you have experience in contact center solutions, IVR scripting, call routing, and NICE CXone integration, we want to hear from you.
Role & Responsibilities :
Design, develop, and maintain NICE CXone IVR scripts using CXone Studio
Integrate CXone with CRM platforms (Salesforce, etc.) and third-party applications
Manage call routing, omnichannel workflows (voice, email, chat, SMS), and workforce management (WFM)
Work with APIs, Proactive XS, dialers, and automation tools
Optimize system performance to achieve 99.99% SLA uptime
Configure agents, skills, reporting, and analytics in CXone
What We’re Looking For :
Practical / hands-on experience with NICE CXone development
Strong knowledge of CXone Studio, ACD, IVR, and SIP protocols
Experience with API integrations and scripting languages (JavaScript, Perl, etc.)
Understanding of contact center operations, workforce management, and analytics
Good to have : Experience with Mulesoft, Spring Boot, or other API development tools
