What do we want from you :
The role calls for someone who has excellent communication and administration skills, is meticulous and pays attention to detail, and has the ability to provide assistance to British nationals when they are most distressed and vulnerable. It is tough work and can be emotionally draining – but it is also extremely rewarding.

There will be times, for example, when you will be called upon to attend court hearings, visit prisons, hospitals and mortuaries. We need someone who is open-minded, sympathetic, has emotional awareness and is prepared for any situation.
