Business Development Representative

Key Responsibilities :

• Experience in B2B lead generation, especially selling IT services in the US market.
• Experience in IT staffing industry in the US market.
• Able to meet monthly goals for setting appointments / demos.
• Handle email marketing campaigns on Apollo.io OR similar tool and make cold calls to generate leads.
• Experience with tools like Apollo.io, Sales Navigator CRM systems like PipeDrive OR HubSpot.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills to engage potential clients.
