Job Summary :
As a Counselor at Ikigai Schools, you will play a crucial role in welcoming prospective students and guiding them towards their musical aspirations. You will provide comprehensive information about our courses, faculty, and learning environment, ensuring a smooth and positive enrollment experience. You will also support existing students in their ongoing musical journey with us.
Key Responsibilities :
- Student Counseling :
- Engage with prospective students (and their guardians, if minors) to understand their musical interests, goals, and learning styles.
- Enthusiastically present Ikigai Schools, its history, brand, teaching methodology, and faculty expertise.
- Provide detailed information about available courses, curriculum, certifications, schedules, and fee structures, including discounts and promotions.
- Schedule free demo sessions for prospective students to experience the school's environment and teaching quality.
- Follow up with prospective students after demo sessions to address any questions and encourage enrollment.
- Counsel existing students on their progress, course selections, and potential for advanced or complementary courses.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions, inquiries, and enrollments.
- Communication and Follow-up :
- Proactively reach out to prospective students through phone calls, WhatsApp, and emails to provide updates and encourage enrollment.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with students and parents.
- Respond promptly and professionally to student inquiries.
- Reporting and Administration :
- Maintain a tracker of all student course admission and completion dates.
- Collect and update student contact information.
- Assist the Lead Counsellor with administrative tasks as needed.

Bachelor's degree in any discipline; degrees in Hotel Management, Tourism, or Business Management preferred.Upto 3 years of experience in a counseling, student advising, or front office role, preferably in the education sector.Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.Excellent written communication skills in English.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Candidates will be tested on their practical skills.Passion for music and education.Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with students and parents.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Preferably a pleasant and presentable woman
