Job Description :
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager – Catering Sales to join a dynamic team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have 7+ years of proven experience in banquet and catering sales , with a strong network in the hospitality and events industry.
Key Responsibilities :
- Drive sales for banquet and off-site catering services
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with corporates, event planners, and individuals
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Coordinate with operations and kitchen teams to ensure smooth event execution
- Conduct market analysis and competitor tracking
