GenAI PMO - Manager (PwC US)

PwC US - Acceleration Center is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager for GenAI Project Management. As a Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and delivering successful GenAI projects. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in project management, with a focus on AI / GenAI projects, and possess a solid understanding of Agile methodologies, Azure DevOps, PowerBI for budget management, quality management, and test automation frameworks.

Responsibilities :

  • Lead and manage GenAI projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project objectives, requirements, and deliverables.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and resource allocation to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Apply Agile methodologies, such as Scaled Agile (SaFE), to manage project execution and foster collaboration.
  • Utilize tools like Azure DevOps for project tracking, issue management, and version control and visualization tools like PowerBI for budget management and reporting.
  • Implement quality management processes and ensure adherence to quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Foster effective communication and collaboration among project stakeholders, including business sponsors, data scientists, software engineers, and other team members.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Conduct regular project status meetings and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with project governance, including documentation, change management, and risk management.
  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance project management processes and methodologies.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • 6-8 years of relevant experience in project management, with a focus on AI / GenAI projects.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scaled Agile (SaFE).
  • Proficiency in Azure DevOps for project tracking and version control.
  • Experience with PowerBI for budget management and reporting.
  • Familiarity with quality management processes and best practices.
  • Knowledge of test automation frameworks and their application in project delivery.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

    • Nice to Have Skills :

  • Experience with JIRA for issue tracking and project management.
  • Familiarity with Azure AI capabilities and / or AWS AI capabilities for project enhancement.
