Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a US Bench Sales Recruiter at Kalkey. The Sales Recruiter will be responsible for full-life cycle recruiting, hiring, account management, and communication with clients. The role entails sourcing, screening, and presenting candidates to clients, managing relationships, and ensuring successful placements.

Qualifications

• Sales Recruitment and Account Management skills
• Experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Knowledge of staffing and recruitment best practices
• Experience in the IT or staffing industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
