Job description

Key Responsibilities :

  • Proactively source and screen candidates using various methods, including job boards (Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.), social media, and networking.
  • Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications and suitability.
  • Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to manage candidate data and track recruitment progress.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Conduct background checks and reference checks.
  • Prepare offer letters and assist with onboarding new hires.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Understand client requirements and translate them into effective recruitment strategies.
  • Provide regular updates to clients on the status of recruitment efforts.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and competitive market information.
  • Identify and develop new sourcing channels and recruitment strategies.

Required Skills :

  • 1 - 5 years of experience in US Staffing.
  • Proficient in using US Staffing job portals.
  • Hands-on experience with recruitment tools and methods ( LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong work ethic and a results-oriented approach.
  • Preferred Skills :

  • Experience with niche recruiting (IT, Healthcare, Finance).
  • Experience with CRM systems.
  • Experience with Boolean search.
