We are seeking a Front Office Receptionist to join our team. As a Front Office Receptionist , you will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. You will provide administrative support and ensure the smooth operation of our front desk. This is a full-time position located in Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Any Graduate can apply
  • Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Professional attitude and appearance
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Customer service orientation

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Answer phone calls and redirect them to the appropriate person or department
  • Provide accurate information in-person and via phone / email
  • Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail / deliveries
  • Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk
  • Order front office supplies and keep an inventory of stock
  • Update calendars and schedule meetings / appointments
  • Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxing
