Job description

India2West, part of the C2W Group, is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR & Admin Support professional to join our growing India operations team. This role is ideal for someone who has a background in Human Resources and administration and is comfortable wearing multiple hats in a fast-paced, international environment.

This position plays a key role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our local office by handling a wide range of HR functions, day-to-day administrative duties, and basic financial tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in recruitment and onboarding , including scheduling interviews, preparing offers, and collecting documentation
  • Manage employee records , leave tracking, and attendance
  • Coordinate monthly payroll inputs and liaise with accounting for salary processing
  • Support employee engagement activities and HR communications
  • Handle general office administration , including inventory, scheduling, and vendor coordination
  • Maintain and organize digital and physical office documentation
  • Perform basic bookkeeping , such as recording expenses, managing petty cash, and coordinating with external accountants
  • Assist management with internal reporting, compliance, and office-level tasks as required

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in an HR or administrative support role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail
  • Familiarity with payroll coordination and basic bookkeeping practices
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a small or startup-style environment
  • Knowledge of Indian labor laws and HR compliance
  • Previous support experience across HR, admin, and finance functions
