India2West, part of the C2W Group, is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR & Admin Support professional to join our growing India operations team. This role is ideal for someone who has a background in Human Resources and administration and is comfortable wearing multiple hats in a fast-paced, international environment.
This position plays a key role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our local office by handling a wide range of HR functions, day-to-day administrative duties, and basic financial tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment and onboarding , including scheduling interviews, preparing offers, and collecting documentation
- Manage employee records , leave tracking, and attendance
- Coordinate monthly payroll inputs and liaise with accounting for salary processing
- Support employee engagement activities and HR communications
- Handle general office administration , including inventory, scheduling, and vendor coordination
- Maintain and organize digital and physical office documentation
- Perform basic bookkeeping , such as recording expenses, managing petty cash, and coordinating with external accountants
- Assist management with internal reporting, compliance, and office-level tasks as required
Requirements
At least 2 years of experience in an HR or administrative support roleProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detailFamiliarity with payroll coordination and basic bookkeeping practicesAbility to prioritize and manage multiple tasks with minimal supervisionExcellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi, and MarathiBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fieldPreferred Qualifications
Experience working in a small or startup-style environmentKnowledge of Indian labor laws and HR compliancePrevious support experience across HR, admin, and finance functions
