About the role :
The purpose of the role is to manage the security devices of Telstra’s Tier1 and 2 clients. The management of the devices includes configuration updates, incident resolution, and project implementation. Ensure technical support and specialist team members are supported to deliver rapid restoration of customer incidents. Work directly with the customer to achieve optimal first in fix results. Apply a holistic approach to problem management to improve service reliability. Demonstrate SME leadership of technology hubs via the Customer Support Team model.
