Position : Transcription Specialist (Voice & Non-Voice)

Contract Duration : 6 months Contractual basis

Number of Positions : 50

Language Requirement : Mid to Advanced Proficiency in Spanish and English

Location : Chennai

Salary : 60K-75K

Job Description :

We are seeking 50 transcription specialists for a 6-month contract and after that you can make it permanent also with a combination of voice and non-voice transcription services . The ideal candidates should have mid to advanced proficiency in both Spanish and English , along with strong MS Excel skills. You will be responsible for handling daily transcription volumes, ensuring the work meets quality standards, and adhering to service-level agreements (SLAs).

Key Responsibilities :

Transcription Services :

Perform accurate voice and non-voice transcription tasks in Spanish and English, ensuring high quality and attention to detail.

Task Management :

Handle a daily volume of tasks while meeting the established SLAs and quality standards.

Record Maintenance :

Keep accurate records of daily work by updating trackers to reflect progress and work completed.

Time Management :

Demonstrate excellent time management skills to efficiently handle assigned tasks and deadlines.

Escalation Protocol :

Identify potential SLA or quality issues early and escalate them in a timely manner to the manager or lead.

Confidentiality :

Maintain strict confidentiality regarding work scope, details, and sensitive information.

Requirements :

Language Proficiency : Mid to advanced proficiency in Spanish and English (both written and spoken)

Technical Skills : Good working knowledge of MS Excel

Soft Skills : Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks effectively.
