Description

The primary role of Engineering function within Product Development team is to create specifications and designs for new products or improvements and enhancements to existing products. Works closely with customers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand and define customer needs in these designs. Features are aligned to a timetable and areas of responsibility. Developers may solicit customers for feedback regarding product usability and desired future enhancements.

The immediate task will be to become part of the team building next generation EHR solutions. You will be working in fast paced environment where innovation, efficiency and learning on cutting edge technology is highly encouraged.

Let's Talk About Your Role

Debug existing code to fix defects in software.

Working with UX to convert page designs into UI code which will be mostly react.

Implementing the backend Rest API to work with the front-end code.

Write software tests and unit tests to validate software solutions leveraging test-driven development techniques.

Build and deploy software packages using Continuous Integration and Continuous Development best practices for delivering software as a service.

Participate in architectural, design, and code reviews providing insight to other engineers and their solutions.

Leverage known design patterns to design new software solutions, services, components, and interfaces for the MatrixCare family of products.

Troubleshoot and resolve system performance issues leveraging software algorithm design best practices.

Leverage known secure programming principles to design new software solutions, services, components, and interfaces that meet industry and government standards for security and data protection.

Responsible for driving innovation forward. You will be given chance to learn new technologies and implement solutions using it within proper guidelines.

Let's Talk About You

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science or relevant streams.

5+ years' experience as a Software Engineer

4+ Experience in developing Single Page applications using React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3

Experience in developing backend REST API / Microservices development in any language.

Experience developing enterprise software applications in an n-tier architecture.

Experience developing Single Page application frameworks.

Experience using Responsive libraries - Bootstrap 3 / 4

Preferred Experience :

Experience in developing REST API using Java / .NET / NodeJS.

Experience with Object Oriented Programming

Experience with CI / CD pipeline creation and deployments.

Experience in the healthcare industry

Experience with any RDBS database or NoSQL DB.
