Job Description
Testbook is seeking a Growth Associate to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be
responsible for managing and optimizing our customer relationship management (CRM) system
WebEngage) to enhance customer retention, loyalty, and engagement for Testbook Pass utilizing
channels including but not limited to Push, WhatsApp, SMS, Email, RCS, In-App and Automation
workflows like Journeys & Relays. This role requires excellent communication, analytical, and strategic
thinking skills to develop campaigns and improve the customer experience across multiple touchpoints.
