Job Description :

Scoping : - Undertake survey & identify areas – villages / wards having potential for formation of SHGs / JLG. Minimum number of participant in a particular village / ward is very critical for execution of this activity.

Participant Orientation : - Orientation training involves the activity of educating the members on financial literacy, formal banking and credit awareness Participant Acquisition, Group Formation &

Financial Literacy : - Collection of participants’ profile & get them into Group formation after orientation. Create baseline information about the SHG / JLG.

Selection Process & Job Confirmation :

a.       After initial screening test, 2 rounds interview, HR telephonic and / or 1 Business head Physical interview

b.       Dedupe and CIBIL check at our end , using their PAN details

c.       Standard Selection Confirmation email will be provided after their CIBIL check is clear at our end – from HR official email id, post which they can pay training fee to you and you can start their 5 days training. Post that training we prepare the final APL and release it to them on email.
