JOB OVERVIEW
DATA TRACKING - Monitoring on a daily basis the number of incoming leads via the website, OOH, Walk-Ins and other forms of lead generation.
Monitor and track organic website traffic
DAILY PRODUCTIVITY - Responsibility for the daily output of the pre-sales team for Outbound Calling; Repeat SV Follow Up.
SITE VISIT AUDITs – Follow up on the SVs on pre-determined evaluation criterion for a better understanding of the challenges being faced
REPORT GENERATION - Responsibility for generating reports from the software for the weekly reviews being conducted.
REFERRAL CONTRIBUTION & LOYALTY - Direct responsibility for increasing the contribution of referrals from existing customers.
Proactively sustain and manage conversation with existing customers through multiple channels to push repeat purchase and make referrals
Persistent follow up with first-time, repeat site visits and understand their challenges
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree with a major in marketing along with practical knowledge of all marketing concepts and real estate operations
Should have experience of minimum 3-5 years, of which at least a couple of years should be in real estate
Should be adept on handling & managing crm software
