Job descriptionWorking as a part of a multidisciplinary team to translate the ideas and plans for buildings into actual structures. Overseeing workplace health and safety and ensuring it is in line with internal guidelines and regulatory requirements. Providing innovative architectural design consultations to clients. Developing initial concept designs and renderings based on briefs to deliver powerful client presentations. Identifying and resolving technical design issues and overseeing teams to ensure implementation is in line with design specifications. Taking a design brief to understand requirements. Presenting ideas, concepts and design solutions to various stakeholders. Conceptualising and delivering landscape architecture for a variety of projects. Preparation of design, presentation materials as well as technical documentation for design development. Planning, scheduling and executing construction activities to ensure the smooth execution of the project. Managing and monitoring the project teams and sub-contractors in order to ensure activities are in line with project specifications and timelines. You have at least 2 years experience including solid experience in a similar role within Real Estate and Professional Services. You possess excellent communication and influencing skills, are organised and able to multi-task effectively. You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders Attractive Salary & Benefits Work in a company with a solid track record of performance Leadership Role
