Assistant Manager-WFM- Commercial
You are Responsible for :
- To work closely with outsourced partners (OSP) and FK Partner Management and develop the process of Monthly Billing workings, Partner invoicing, Payments end to-end.
- Work on required documentation / system flows in FK system for processing the payouts.
- Ensure accurate validation of OSP billing workings & getting timely billing approvals (from Biz Fin) for invoice generation.
- Timely creation & tracking of PR / PO requests ensuring required documentation in place for processing of OSP pay outs.
- Reporting & tracking of purchase order, invoice & payments for CX OSP partners.
- Co-ordinate with Biz Fin for getting the open purchase order & requests closed in ERP upon processing of OSP payments.
- Following up with FK Vendor Help Desk (VHD) & Accounts Payable (AP) team ensuring on-time payments to CX partners.
- Understand the learning’s from the Monthly Billing and translate the learnings into Operational planning and Contractual terms and conditions
To succeed in this role – you should have the following :
2-3 years of experience in WFM after Graduation (or) 1-2 years of experience after Post-Graduation in Management (MBA or PGDM).Should have experience and proficiency in working with Outsourced partners in the areas – Commercials, Billing, Invoicing.Excellent understanding of Contact centre Operational metrics, Commercial models, process flows in invoicing partners, would be desirable.Should have excellent relationship management, analytical and communication skills.Excellent written & verbal communication skills.Proficient in MS Office specifically working in spread sheets.Prior experience in managing or handling temp staff operations & billing
