Primary Skills

Design and develop highlevel architecture for software systems and platforms

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions

Evaluate and recommend tools technologies and processes to ensure the highest quality product platform

Handson experience with the MERN stack MongoDB Expressjs React Nodejs

Strong understanding of AIML concepts and their practical applications in software systems

Strong knowledge of architectural patterns eg microservices serverless eventdriven

Proficiency in one or more programming languages eg Java NET Python JavaScript

Experience with cloud platforms eg Azure AWS GCP

Good understanding with opensource tech stack

Familiarity with DevOps practices and CICD pipelines

Lead the modernization of legacy systems and integration with thirdparty platforms

Maintain architectural documentation and contribute to enterprise architecture strategy

Mentor development teams and conduct architecture reviews to ensure alignment with business goals

Ensure architectural integrity and consistency across projects

Identify and mitigate technical risks and issues

Secondary Skills

Reinsurance domain knowledge

Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies

Identifies manages and escalates issues and risks as appropriate

Good written and oral communication skills and ability to present concise reports and recommendations
