CRO Analyst

Job descriptionTranslate complex findings into clear, professional communication for client presentations. Offer proactive, data-backed recommendations that align with each client's business outcomes. Keep a pulse on evolving industry trends in CRO, analytics, and UX. Contribute to our internal CRO playbook and continuously evolve team best practices. Collaborate across departments, offering a positive and open mindset that fosters innovation. Participate in regular learning sessions and knowledge-sharing initiatives. Proficient in interpreting digital behavior through platforms like GA4. Exposure to A / B testing methodologies and tools (e.g., VWO, Convert, Optimizely). Understanding of user-centered design principles. Hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, BigCommerce). Web analytics tools (Google Analytics, GA4). User behavior tools (Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity). Problem-solving agility : How you approach an optimization challenge with data and creativity. Core Responsibilities :
Optimization Strategy & Analytics
- Analyze web and behavioral data to uncover performance bottlenecks and conversion opportunities.
- Partner with design, marketing, and development teams to propose and execute optimization ideas.
- Develop hypotheses grounded in user behavior, business goals, and CRO frameworks.
- Run A / B, multivariate, and user experience tests with precision and creativity.
