9 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s degree or 7 or more relevant years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 3 or more years of experience with a PhD
6 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or
Experience in working with agile workflow management tools like JIRA
Proven ability in delivery of global projects

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership / site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

Qualifications

Basic Qualification :

8+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhD, OR 11+ years of relevant work experience.

Preferred Qualifications :

9 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or 7 or more relevant years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 3 or more years of experience with a PhD

Expert level experience with Clarity PPM required

Experience implementing Clarity PPM 16.x and above using New UX required

Expert level SQL skills for data manipulation and validation (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Oracle) required

Working knowledge of web services, APIs, XML, SOAP required

Extensive knowledge on implementation of third party integrations with Clarity

Ability to lead a project from scoping requirements through actual launch of the project and working with stakeholders effectively

Expert knowledge / experience with professional software engineering best practices for the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing and operations

Prior experience building requirements for systems implementations – including but not limited to functional design documents, file specifications, data flow diagrams

Process-oriented with strong analytical and problem solving skills, applies both innovation and logic to tackle complex problems

Good knowledge of architecture, advanced engineering principles and design patterns.

Experience with performance, scalability, and reliability testing methodologies

Experience in reviewing technical solution design and evaluation to ensure it meets business requirements and long term product goals

Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills with both technical and non-technical audiences

Clear, professional communication skills able to contribute to team discussions, knowing when to contribute, when to listen, and when to ask questions

Must have a strong analytical acumen, problem solving skills, strategic thinking, attention to detail and interpersonal skills

High degree of business acumen and technical competency, ability to balance and bridge technology and business needs
