Zone By The Park is looking for a dedicated Housekeeping Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and has a passion for maintaining cleanliness and order within the hotel environment. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that guests have a pleasant and comfortable stay.
Key Responsibilities :
- Clean and arrange guest rooms, corridors, and public areas to maintain a high standard of cleanliness
- Replace linens, towels, and toiletries in guest rooms
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to the supervisor
- Ensure that cleaning supplies are properly stocked
- Adhere to safety and hygiene standards
- Assist with laundry and ironing as needed
- Interact with guests politely and address their needs or complaints
