Job Title : Senior Finance Analyst - FP&A and FinOps

Accountabilities :

As a Senior Finance Analyst, you will be responsible for payroll processing, CAPEX bookkeeping, and audit support. You will be expected to prepare and review reconciliation and analysis of ledger balances, vendor reconciliation, prepaid expenses. You will also review and process non-purchase order’s invoices and other claims, coordinate to ensure timely review & closer of vendor, employee open items, and handle employee and vendor queries.

Essential Skills / Experience :

  • CA / ICWA / CPA / MBA (candidates pursuing professional qualifications can also apply).
  • 5-8 Years of relevant experience
  • Hands-on experience in financial planning & analysis, reporting, accounting and month-end close.
  • Experience with working on financial management aspects of ITES Companies

Desirable Skills / Experience :

  • Extensive knowledge of MS Excel (Building models & reports, analytical tools, consolidation, macros etc.)
  • Very well versed in preparation of Leadership decks / slides
  • Familiarity or exposure to SAP - most of the analytics will be done on SAP data
  • Soft Skills :

  • Ability to work independently with ownership
  • Attention to detail and ability to multi-task
  • Must have the ability to work closely with personnel from various departments and all levels of management
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to deliver on new roles and responsibilities on Adhoc basis
  • A solid base of accounting knowledge, Proficient problem-solving and fact-finding skills
