Key Responsibilities :

Teaching & Instruction :

Teach English to senior secondary students (grades 11-12).

• Prepare and deliver lessons based on the curriculum, ensuring alignment with educational standards.
• Develop students' proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and listening.
• Engage students in critical thinking and analysis through discussions, debates, and literature reviews.
• Conduct regular assessments, both formative and summative, to evaluate students’ progress.

Lesson Planning & Curriculum Development :

Design detailed lesson plans, incorporating various teaching methods and techniques.

Classroom Management :

Establish and maintain a positive, disciplined, and motivating classroom environment.

Student Support & Mentorship :

Offer additional help to students who are struggling with the subject.

Requirements

M.A English with 3 to 4 years of teaching experience

Salary : 35k to 40k
