Responsible for growth of banking business at the branch level through business development, customer servicing. Also responsible for customer acquisition strategy and establishing / maintaining relationship with high net worth individuals / organizations. Accountable for overall administration, MIS reporting and compliance and service quality at the branch.
Profile Graduation (regular) or PG in any discipline with 6 years of Experience in Banking operations & managing regulatory requirements. Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills are must. Team building and team management skills are the most valued traits.
