Role Description

This is a remote contract role for a SaaS Product Specialist for NYXION. The Product Specialist will be responsible for tasks such as product demonstration, training, customer support, sales support, and communication with various stakeholders. They will work closely with the sales and product development teams to ensure effective product implementation and customer satisfaction.

• Analytical Skills : Ability to analyze data and provide insights

• Customer Service : Experience in providing exceptional customer support
