Working Hours : Flexible start time between 11 : 00 AM and 12 : 00 PM IST (9.5-hour shift including a 30-minute break)
Typical Salary Range : ₹8–₹12 LPA (negotiable based on experience)

Keplin Group Limited is a UK-headquartered FMCG brand operating across eCommerce platforms such as Amazon Vendor, Shopify, and TikTok. As we expand our footprint in India, we’re looking for a Brand Specialist to join our Mumbai office and drive strategic brand growth across digital and offline touchpoints.
What You’ll Do :
Brand Development & Positioning
- Maintain brand identities for assigned brands, ensuring consistency across all touch points.
- Identify and evaluate new sales channels, business opportunities, and strategic partnerships to drive revenue growth.
- Responsible for ROI and revenue scaling for the brand. Identify improvements and explore new channels.
- Implement brand strategies that enhance awareness, differentiation, and market positioning.
- Utilise data-driven insights to refine branding approaches and maximise impact.
Market Research & Consumer Insights
Leverage competitive analysis to develop unique value propositions and brand differentiation strategies.Utilise data analytics to understand customer behaviour and optimise brand positioning.Conduct in-depth research on trending products, market gaps, and competitor products to support buyers in building product ranges.Build product trend reports for every channel and brand to assist range planning for the year.Customer Segmentation & Targeting
Define clear buyer personas and target audiences to tailor brand messaging effectively.Collaborate with marketing teams to implement data-driven segmentation strategies.Brand Communication & Campaign Execution
Contribute to the planning and execution of brand-level, product-level, and seasonal campaigns.Collaborate with content, social media, and PR teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms.Monitor campaign performance using key metrics and adjust strategies for continuous improvement.Post-Purchase Engagement & Customer Loyalty
Partner with customer service teams to enhance engagement, satisfaction, and retention.Develop and implement loyalty programs and retention strategies that foster long-term customer relationships.Monitor customer feedback and evolve messaging to enhance post-purchase experiences.Cross-Department Collaboration
Align branding efforts with product development, sales, and other key departments.Serve as the internal brand guardian, ensuring consistency in branding across all touchpoints.Brand Performance & Reporting
Continuously track and analyze brand performance metrics, including market share, awareness, and perception.Utilize data insights to adapt and refine branding strategies based on competitive landscape changes.Develop and present reports on brand health and effectiveness to key stakeholders.Who We’re Looking For :
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field3–5 years of experience in brand management or marketing strategyStrong communication, collaboration, and presentation skillsData-driven mindset with strong analytical capabilitiesCreativity with a strategic outlook and execution focusKnowledge of digital marketing and brand retention strategiesProven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environmentWhy Join Keplin Group?
