Overview / Detailed Job Summary

The LTSCT Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for spearheading our efforts to attract, engage, and hire top talent to meet LTSCT's strategic needs. With a minimum of 5 years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition, the ideal candidate will be adept at identifying talent, building relationships with potential candidates, and facilitating the recruitment process to secure high-quality hires.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans to fill open positions with high-quality candidates.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offering.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and external recruitment agencies.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and requirements.
  • Utilize social media, job boards, and other digital platforms to attract candidates.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Participate in recruitment events, such as job fairs and campus recruitment drives.

Required Experience and Qualifications

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • Proven track record of filling various roles with high-quality candidates.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and candidate selection methods.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Technical and Soft Skills

  • Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems and HR databases.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of discretion and ethical approach to recruitment.
