The LTSCT Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for spearheading our efforts to attract, engage, and hire top talent to meet LTSCT's strategic needs. With a minimum of 5 years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition, the ideal candidate will be adept at identifying talent, building relationships with potential candidates, and facilitating the recruitment process to secure high-quality hires.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans to fill open positions with high-quality candidates.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offering.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and external recruitment agencies.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and requirements.
- Utilize social media, job boards, and other digital platforms to attract candidates.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Participate in recruitment events, such as job fairs and campus recruitment drives.
Required Experience and Qualifications
A minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.Proven track record of filling various roles with high-quality candidates.Strong understanding of recruitment processes and candidate selection methods.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.Technical and Soft Skills
