Anko - Regional Sales Manager

Objectives of this role

• Represent the company effectively with comprehensive knowledge of our offerings in the assigned territory.
• Research customer needs and identify how our solutions can help customers.
• Appoint, train, motivate, and advise Sales agents / Distributors / System Integrators / Channel partners etc.
• Achieve company objectives by planning thoroughly, setting sales goals, analysing performance data, and making forecasts.
• Achieve Sales Targets set for the region monthly.
• Generate leads, and establish and nurture client Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands our customer base and extends the company's regional reach.
• Meet with potential clients and grow long-lasting relationships that address their needs.
• Appoint, train, motivate and advise sales agents / distributors / system integrators / channel partners and coach them, and monitor their performance.
• Identify knowledge gaps within the team and develop plans for filling them.
• Ensure that company sales targets are met every month by holding daily / weekly and monthly reviews with above channel and to brief leadership about the progress regularly.
• Manage the month-end and year-end close processes with due skills and qualifications
• 5+ years of experience in industrial battery sales / marketing.
• Proven record of success with the entire sales process, from planning to closing.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Superb leadership ability.
• Ability to travel at least 60% of the monthly calendar.
• Competition understanding and analysing their scope of business Vs NED.
