What's this role about?

Looking for Project Delivery Manager specialized in ServiceNow Project Delivery :

• Should have ability to manage multiple project deliveries simultaneously.
• Should have 14+ years of experience in Project Delivery
• Extensive Experience in agile based delivery
• Hands on experience in preparing customer specific documentation, presentations.
• Technical understanding of ServiceNow as a platform
• Hands on experience on ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITAM, HRSD, LSD.
• Understanding on Vertical specific solutions of ServiceNow
• Domain expertise like Healthcare, Manufacturing, BFS
• Project Governance and Management : Overseeing the entire project lifecycle, ensuring that all project activities are aligned with the goals and objectives. This includes managing escalations, interacting with customers, and ensuring smooth project execution.
• Team Leadership : Leading and managing a team of associates, including developers, solution architects, and other stakeholders.
• Continuous Improvement : Staying current with ServiceNow updates, best practices, and industry trends. Proposing and implementing improvements to enhance the functionality and efficiency of the ServiceNow platform.
• Customer Interaction : Acting as the primary point of contact for ServiceNow-related project and managing entire delivery of ServiceNow platform.
• Project Planning and Delivery : Developing project plans, coordinating with stakeholders to gather requirements, and ensuring timely delivery of solutions.
